Looking for a certified carpenter to oversee/advise/sign off and provide labour only services in relation to the Carpentry Restricted Building work (Particularly floor slab, roof and aluminium joinery installation). Straight forward rectangle building, 3m ceiling height, concrete gables. Building consent already approved, excavation and foundation work to start within the next fortnight. Also interested in hearing from Solid Plasters, Waterproofers and roofers.
