Fix faulty shower cabinet installations.

Two shower cabinets not sealed properly and damage to gib at floor level, total four areas need repair. For one, damage is significant and after resealing it may require some gib to be cut out and replaced, plus skirting board, then finished and prepped for painting. The second cabinet may be fixed by just resealing and patching to gib? We are retired and available to fit in with builder's timeframe.
