Bathroom wet area conversion

I have a small bathroom of about 2m x 2m. I want the bath ripped out, the concrete floor ground down to create a gradient towards the drain. I would like the concrete floor area (4m sq) waterproofed and vinyl non slip lining put down on the floor to create a wet area, and I am after tiling up the side walls (about 2 ft from ground up until it meets the waterproof wall lining)
