House corner eaves/soffit weathertightness review and fix

House corner eaves/soffit has seen some water damage. Looks to be due to gutter/spouting failing in one join corner. A cable connected to the front fascia is also pulling, and looks to be part of the problem. Please refer to photos. Guttering tradesman has already looked at the spouting. Needing a solution on how to remedy and fix this please.

Possible leaking clerestory windows

We are getting very occasional leaks that may be coming from some clerestory windows. Our house is one story but has some windows jutting up on one side of the hallway. We think that when the wind is in the right direction it may be pushing rain uphill and under the window, causing a small mould patche on the wall below inside. Not sure what the solution is.. silicon? paint? but would involve climbing on roof. Not in any hurry but looking to start moving on this .

Need some patch work and the part of the roof water proofed

Hi, Need a free quote for a roof repair. From a few months I have seen swelling of a part of my house where I saw water dripping a little and swelling and this morning when I tried removing a cob web the mdf bit fell apart possibly due to water damage. It looks like a minor work of sealing the roof if any entry of water through screws or gaps in the iron roof. Need inspection and fix to ensure this does not happen. May I please get a quote on this as I am running on a very tight budget.

Water damage in shower room needs repair

Tile in shower room fell off. Area where till was is saturated even though no one has showered for several hours. I am concerned about water damage. I need someone to fix cause, check for damage and fix/replace anything important, and re-waterproof that little section of room. No idea how severe.

The roof needs some areas treating for Lichen, (moss) and several joins in the PVC spouting are dripping. There is an old gas heater flue through the roof. The heater has been removed. Consideration should be given to removing the section of flue which goes through the roof, as it may leak in the future. Ensure that putty and paint is kept in good condition to the timber windows.
