Wet Window sill

Fix the leak

Some tiles on my roof are cracked and need replacing. I also have an outbuilding with a corrugated iron roof which I was told by the last person (who saw the roof in October 2016) that it needed replacement.

Leaky Roof

Leaky window frame - urgent

We have developed a leak in our spouting which has caused a backflow into the house and damaged a window frame. While we sort out replacement guttering and replacing the window, somebody needs to come and try and patch this or somehow stem the flow of water so it doesn't get worse and we don't have to worry about catching drips. This will probably involve getting into our roof space, seeing whats happening and recommending a course of immediate action.

Replace seratone

Remove seratone sheets (seratone was installed by unqualified builder, "dry" jointers in the wet areas, nails were used to secure in place etc). Install new seratone with correct jointers. Possibly GIB needs to be replaced too. Small bathroom area: 2.6 x 1.5 m.

Shower installation/waterproofing

Looking for shower installation/waterproofing specialist. I have bathroom reno ongoing. Current contractors not confident on installing shower as it's a frameless unit, plus Ezi-Lay Tile Tray, which they've not dealt with before. Tray dimensions: 1000 x 1200. Requires installing plus waterproofing. Tiles to be laid on top and extended up walls (Tiling will be done by current contractors).

Dry out our bathroom

It is a shower over bath situation. Dampness in several places and rot beside the outer corner of the bath indicate a leak. Its source will be either behind the shower control, behind the bath itself where there is a small crack in the seratone, or behind the bath taps. If it is behind the shower control - this wall is in common with the kitchen and there is some dampness there also, the bath may not need to be taken out. Seal brickwork cracks and possible repaint

A block of 4 near new plaster over brick units has multiple external joint movement cracks. Cracks are up to 1mm in size. These need assessing and likely just resealling ready for painting. Happy to get a quote for repaint also.
