A house with a basement garage has water seepage - maybe at the base of the wall. Some walls are not accessible from the outside and full waterproofing from the inside will not give a permanent solution- might need to put in a drain channel and submersible pump. There might be issues with the timber flooring for the bedroom above which need replacement. There could be possible water seepage from outside as the garage is in a down slope. I would like to get a rough estimate(+/- 5k) for two options 1 - Build a drain around and sump+pump set up to pump the water out and water proof the walls internally 2- Build a new wall beside the existing wall so we are creating a cavity system
