Fix small damp area in kitchen/laundry

Two small repairs of rotten chipboard/investigate possible water coming in from outside. I need this to be done asap - next few days - because the areas were discovered during preparation for new vinyl and everything has had to be put on hold. Should be about two hours labour.

The Dunedin City Contractors’ team was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They did a brilliant job and were happy to give me the opportunity to chat and advise about other issues I had around the property. They not only did a fantastic job they offered me peace of mind. Highly recommended. You couldn’t do better than these guys.
