Deck is leaking into garage underneath. Pretty sure it’s the membrane above. Remove approx 30 sq m of tiles from a concrete deck. Re surface and replace weather proof membrane by certified applicator then re tile Off street parking available. Completion by end of January

Mike and Harlee are lovely guys. Really good with communicating when they will be there or if they are running late or cancelled with weather etc. Very helpful with general advice also.
