We need someone to provide and install an extractor fan for one bathroom (Image 1) in order for our unit to comply with the Healthy Homes Standard of 2019. Additionally the extractor fan in the kitchen is not functioning for unknown reasons (Image 2). It is also currently at risk of venting moisture into the roof space. We need someone to either repair or replace the extractor fan as well as ensure that moisture is no longer vented into the roof space. Our current timeframe is as soon as poss...
Full installation of a 60cm canopy rangehood. There is no installation currently in place so will have to be done from scratch. Job needing done in the next 1-3 months.

We have a window above the oven so no room for a ventilation fan above the oven, can a fan be put into the window or is the property exempt from a extraction fan in the kitchen?
Already Purchased MIA-AHE25NB Heat recover Ventilation System and most materials. It need to be installed in the Celling of a house. Electrician with previous experience preferred.

One of the plastic bathroom external vent grille (louvers) has been distroyed by birds. We need to replace the plastic grille with a metal grille and probaably to change a flex duct as well.
Both my kitchen and bathroom extractor fans have broken and need replacing. I need to purchase new ones and get them installed and safety checked. In my bathroom I have a double shower so the lack of ventilation has impacted the ceiling. This may need to be re-painted (but that does not need to be in scope)

I'm after someone to install a good extractor fan in our bathroom. We have an existing heat/light/extractor combo which is loud and not efficient at all. Happy to either replace the existing one with a product that works or to install a new extractor only. Supply and install. Also after some ducting from the wall mounted dryer to go through the ceiling and come out the eaves which are about 2m away.
not sure as the electronics screen does not turn on maybe a circuit board problem or power source

I recently bought a house that came with a supercell supervent home ventilation system uninstalled, i have installed 3 vents and run the tubing too a Y peice in the ceiling, i just need someone too mount the control panel in the wall and wire up the motor too power and control panel.

Inline extraction fan in the bathroom at this property is ducted to roof space. I would like to extend the ducting to outside to avoid condensation build up in roof space because it has caused condensation, and mould etc. We don't own this property yet. We are in the middle of due diligence in preparation for going unconditional in the next few days.
