Retile a leaking shower base

we have a tiled 865square tiled shower, it has a 60mm lip off the floor on the two glass sides. We had it retiled and the black waterproffing redone 2years ago, but it now leaks around the lip part in the grouting we think, as the insurance man said his tester shows the floor under the tiles outside around the shower is damp. Because the shower is partly recessed into the wall, we can not fit a premade shower so need some one who can give good advice and fix it, replace tiles, not sure what. Las...

Potential re-grouting or putting more sillicone round 2 shower trays - both upstairs and sillicone in 3 bathrooms where the floor tiles and vanities meet

Bought a brand new house, builders won't come back and sort out the showers in 2 bathrooms. Both showers, where the trays and the tiles meet you can see the bottom of the tiles so I am "assuming" more grout is needed or maybe they need to be silliconed? In the bathrooms (3 and 1 toilet), where the vanities sit on the tiled floors they have not silliconed and water could potentially get under the vanity units. May be a small job or may be a bigger one if there is a problem with the shower tray...

Small tiling job in Swanson Rd

(I have some existing tiles left over from a previous job but might not be enough). I would also like some tiles put in the lounge where you walk in from the sliding door (have some existing tiles that can be used). Thanks

Toilet/Cistern Replacement + some tiling

Cistern is broken and needs to be replaced. Depending on what we can replace it with - we will either do a new cistern/toilet combo (water supply to be moved to floor) and tile the wall behind to match the shower. OR Just replace the cistern and box it up again. Would love some advice. Job needs to be done ASAP. Please come around and quote. Or supply quote for the different options outlined.

Lay tiles inside glass sliding doors

Take up a section of carpet that has been worn by the sun from inside sliding doors in the lounge. Lay tiles to cover the area 3015mm by the door and 4005mm at the other edge. Put a metal strip down at the edge of the carpet. I have bought the tiles but nothing else.
