Small tiling job in Swanson Rd

Tiling required for kitchen and lounge area: I have purchased an investment property & I would like some tiling done around the oven as a splash back. (I have some existing tiles left over from a previous job but might not be enough). I would also like some tiles put in the lounge where you walk in from the sliding door (have some existing tiles that can be used). Thanks
