Tiled splashback and bathroom reno - tiled floors

We would like someone to please do the tiling for our kitchen and bathroom. For the bathroom we want to get the rest of the floor space and skirting tiled since we are only putting an acrylic shower box. We have spare 450 by 450 tiles we want to use. We got told we would need roughly 36 of those (we are happy to purchase that ourselves) it’s an 8m2 floor space for the bathroom reno. Kitchen splashback will involve two walls and then tiles going across, behind the sink and to the edge of the kitchen bench. If the rest of the materials you can provide for the floor tiling and the splashback, that would be helpful. We want to get some suitable sealant or for the splashback that can be cleaned easily.
