Fix or replace our diy tiling

We have just got a new kitchen installed and tried to tile the kitchen backsplash ourselves however it is wonky. It has one layer of white grout on it. (First picture taken before grouting) We are looking for somebody to come and assess it and either fix or replace for us as needed. The space is approx 3metres wide and about 40cm high.

Laundry Splashback tiling - two walls

Splash backs on both sides of the room, using standard white subway tiles - herringbone finish required. Looking for a quick estimate for 10m2 of 600mm bathroom tiles on the floor and hallway up three walls, 5m2 on each total. Already have grout and silicone ready.
