Tile repair job and regrouting for a small balony

We have a small outdoor balcony around 2-4sqm. With 25cm x 25cm tiles laid. One tile has a small crack and another has come off from age and use. The grouting has also deteriorated over time so would like the grouting to be fully re-done along with the tile repair. Need this done as soon as possible (over the next two weeks) as the house is going on market.
