Part 1:Ensuite - I'd like to close off an existing doorway and create a new one between my current bathroom (3m x 1.5m) and a bedroom to create an ensuite. We'd like to add a toilet, update the shower over the bath, maybe move the showerhead to the other end of the bath, plus build a tall narrow wall unit for storage. No flooring & minimal wall work to be done where new doorway created. Part 2: Bathroom/laundry/toilet Create a new bathroom in the current laundry (3m x 1.5m), and remove wall between laundry & toilet to create bigger space (3m x 1.5m plus .8m x 2.1m). Laundry to be housed behind cupboards (in new bathroom). Current interior hot water cylinder to be removed and looking to move to gas hot water sytem with tanks located outside. Walls to be partially tiled & painted, floors to be tiled. All new fixtures (laundry tub, bathroom vanity, shower) except toilet (no change). Part 3: Wardrobe Would like a built in double wardrobe created in one bedroom. Part 4: Kitchen cabinets Would like to add 2 to 3 tall cabinets on one kitchen wall. Not sure if should purchase from kitchen specialist, so just installation required. Or, to create in-built cupboard.

If your job is fairly basic, you have your own ideas and you just need someone to draw them up professionally for you...and you don't mind average communication or not following client instructions or drawing up things that aren't going to actually work so you have to find work around options with your builder...then this is the company for you! Let's just say I won't be using them again.
