Pool repair - diagnosis for description and cost for repair required.

It seems plaster has lifted from the bottom of the pool, and there is a layer of water under the plaster which you can feel the floor move like a waterbed under your feet. This i s a small spot on the pool floor. Was plaster apparently about 10 yeas ago. there are a couple small crack in the floor nearby this area which you can push out water. However, the pool is not leaking from these cracks.

Blocked pool pipe

Our swimming pool pipe has become blocked with what we think is likely a river stone (from our garden that got accidentally vaccumed up) or some kind of severe blockage that can't be easily removed. We have already had a professional swimming pool repair man out and he was unable to remove the blockage with his pumps, however he didn't have a camera to be able to see exactly what was going on. The pipe is approx 40ml in diameter but narrows to approx 32ml and we are assuming it's likely this...
