Pool repair - diagnosis for description and cost for repair required.

It seems plaster has lifted from the bottom of the pool, and there is a layer of water under the plaster which you can feel the floor move like a waterbed under your feet. This i s a small spot on the pool floor. Was plaster apparently about 10 yeas ago. there are a couple small crack in the floor nearby this area which you can push out water. However, the pool is not leaking from these cracks.
