Repair pool lights

We have 4 LED pool lights installed in our pool and two of them don't seem to work anymore. Can I please get a quote to replace the lights as well as understand the key steps of the work? We have a fairly small 1990s pool, plastered concrete with tiled edges. 7m x 4m approx 25,000 litres. Salt. Seems to have a leak which we haven't figured out yet. Also surface is very rough so would like an affordable resurfacing solution. Thanks in advance!
