Spa Fix

Our spa was accidentally turned on when we were refilling it this morning and now it’s coming up with the error message: FLO condition - check: filter, pump, blockage, air lock, water. Have tried all the basic things on Google to fix and nothing is working so would like someone to come check it out! We have a Silver Spa M245 and it’s about 4 years old.
