Hot tub key pad repair

As per the photos a couple of the edging tiles on pool have come unstuck and the grout in between tiles has deteriorated or come away. Want someone to re glue edge tile ( I have spar edge tiles if necessary) and regrout tiles where it missing or has deteriorated. This house is being sold so I want a tidy up job for the sale.

Waterline pool tiles on concrete pool in Grey Lynn

After a solution for our pool The devolper we brought off had a painted timber waterline board, its slightly warped etc and looks shit Need a solution, guessing maybe remove the 100mm timber panel and apply something like a concrete hardie board strip and then tile that Pool is 6/3m

Noisy spa motor

Have a 10 year old Vortex spa. It’s in good condition and has been serviced few times and works fine but in the last 2-3 months the spa motor has become noisier. I’m no expert but I’m guessing it’s the bearings in the motor? Was keen to know if that’s an easy job or if the whole motor needs to be replaced
