Help me subdivide

I have a property in Te Atatu that is big enough to be subdivisble. I want to know the current boundaries and have a proposed boundary that considers the council requirements for size and yards. There may be a problem getting past the house with a 2.8m wide drive so some ideas on that would be good once we know the boundary. A piece of land form a neighbor may be needed to handle a 90 degree turn in the right of way. A plan that will withstand Waitakere council scrutiny is the main output.
