We are currently in the process of designing a 84sqm garage on the back of our section. We need to get a land survey of our property we have been advised to make sure that the surveyor includes: • Legal description; Lot, DP and Street address • North Point • Land Contours at 1m intervals and spot levels for structures and impermeable surfaces, datum identified • Structures, impermeable surfaces and significant trees identified • Building eaves, ridges, and decks • Gully traps and down pipes • Stormwater and waste water services • Boundaries including bearings • Driveway and right of ways Looking for some quotes.
