Geotechnical Report required ASAP

I need a Geotechnical Report for some building works we are about to do. Works include: demo of extg car port (and deck over), lowering car port slab by approx. 150mm, building new car port with new dwelling space over. Council has requested Geo Report as we are within a "Stability Sensitive Area".
