Retaining wall

Need an engineer to design a ~2m high retaining wall. Maybe 10m long.. Quite close to neighbors. We have an existing small retaining wall, would like to extend this to create more living area. I’m the photo, the dirt and rock behind the pizza oven is what I would like to remove and hence the need for retaining wall.
