I'm thinking of buying a small site in Huia, there is a flattish platform and then the land gets steepish. I want to initially place a caravan on the flattish area but need to know that in the future one could build something more substantial. I'd like someone to give me a rough estimate of how much a geotech engineer would cost to come and give me a report. As soon as we are in level 2 I imagine.
