Repair collapsed drive way

The earth directly beside our driveway has collapsed and the fence that runs alongside the driveway is just hanging now. It is unsafe for a car to pass. There are two houses which this driveway serves which now have only pedestrian access. We have started an EQC claim but they advised we should get on with repairs immediately.
