New subdivision

I have subdivided my house and its in the final stages. Need a certified land surveyor to be able to do following work: A freehold subdivision (two residential lots and 4 easements). Carry out Land Transfer Survey, establish controls, boundary pegging, and provide FFL of the new building to be used as datum by builder when doing construction work. prepare Land Transfer Plan and submit to council for 223 Certificate. Prepare a certified plan showing cross section and Longitudinal of Overland flow path (RC Condition ) Supply all certifications from surveyor and Apply for 224C Certificate. LINZ fee and disbursements on me. Thanks, Saeed
