Need a Structural Assessment done for a home with a sloping floor.

There is a residential (4bdr) property in Glendene, Auckland that I need a structural assessment done on. The building is built on gently sloping land towards the front. The front of the house is raised with garage space underneath so it seems like a double-story building. One of the rooms of the house has a sloping floor - circled red in the attached photo. I need a certified engineer to provide a structural assessment with recommendations on what to do about it, as well as approximations on how much it will cost.
