External office GeoTech report

In the process of trying to get a building consent on a small external office and have had this request back from council: According to council’s soil record and recorded geotechnical report ( by Soil & Rock, ref: 94127, dated: --- ), this site is in stability sensitive area. Soil condition is outside of NZS3604 “good ground”. 1) Please provide council registered geotechnical engineer’s recommendation for foundation design. Or confirm with geotechnical engineer if the geotechnical report recommendation still stands. 2) Please provide specific engineer design for foundation in accordance with geotechnical recommendation. Would like a price to address the request above. Original report attached.
