Cost estimation for land clearing, ground works and foundation

I am investigating a Piha Rd property. I am looking for an idea of the cost implications for the land remediation, site preparations and foundations as it will need an engineered foundation. I will be building a 88m2 kitset house, and a 2 car garage in the near future.
