I have a house on Herald island in Auckland. It is a crosslease section that I am wanting to convert to a fee simple title. I am wanting to build a minor dwelling at the rear of the section as well as add another level to the main dwelling. Drainage,power lines etc I assume are shared at some point. Needing quotes from Surveyors/Planners to view property and assess what can/can't be done. Thankyou!
