Hello, I am looking into buying a sub-dividable property in Massey: 17 Rehia Rd. I will either build/bring in relocatable house on the same section with a view to making future subdivision easy. Or, I will come up with the plans for a house that complies with the unitary plan, in order to be able to subdivide into two approximately 300m2 lots and then possibly sell the vacant lot as a lot with plans and say all services ready to be connected. The back section seems big enough although I want to ask if you see any distance issues i.e between buildings and from boundaries, in the drawings attached that would make building consent or subdivision problematic? (These drawings obviously don't represent professional plans at this stage) Also, how can I determine if the fence down the left side of the property is on "my" side (number 17), the neighbours, or right on the boundary? Because it would need to be temporarily removed if the relocatable option is followed. Note: Number 17 has a 1/3rd ownership of the right of way to the left of said fence Are you able to give me a rough estimate for the following: Council, contributions, survey, legal, drives, drains, power, telephone etc? Also, how much do you charge to come and inspect/survey the site and when in January would you be available to book in something like that? Thanks and kind regards Chris Jenner Ph: ---
