Sign off on wall - structural engineer

We need someone to urgently (as in today) sign off a wall that has been removed from our lounge. We have consent that the wall wasn't weight bearing, however since that was issued we removed a beam that was pinning the ceiling up and have put that on the inside of the roof to ensure it doesn't bow etc. We are trying to sell the house and potential buyer says we need a new sign off from engineer before they will put down offer. Looking for someone to come sign it off for us.
