Brick Bungalow - structural restoration

Restoration project of 100 year old California brick bungalow on Waitakere clay. The house has had a number of additions and renovations over the years with poor drainage and large trees. This has resulted in noticeable structural issues. I need a full assessment of it's current condition, issues and potential repair solution. Ideally i'd like to find someone who can also assist in project managing the repair work. Experience with similar projects an absolute must.
