Two boundary pegs, top to bottom of liveable area (as section falls down to creek) to determine my boundary line from my neighbour as I want to put a granny flat 30m2 hopefully at right bottom end of my section plus neighbour wants a fence. I need to know how much land I have to do this and where the fence should go. Photo shows main house on property so area for flat looks back up to the house. Other photo looking down to area with trees growing near boundary line..
