Urgent subdivision and consent report for Council required by 15 July ... help help help!!!

Hi there guys and gals I urgently require a surveyor and person to do council consent work on subdivision of a 1416sqm property in Swanson/Ranui, West Auckland, before Council put new unitary plan into place in mid-July. I have been let down by 2 companies and am now seriously time challenged to get the consent application into Council by 19 July. Please only respond if you can commit (seriously commit!) to this deadline.
