We own a house in West Harbour, Auckland. We would like a registered surveyor to perform a Topographical Survey providing plans in PDF and DWG format. This survey is needed for renovations and extensions. Thanks

Our job of topography survey was accepted and awarded on 13th of May 2016 to the James Renall of Lands and Survey but they accepted it on 20th of May 2016. After three weeks of the job acceptance, the company sends us the invoice asking for money without any communication in between. We paid the invoice on 10th of June 2016 but received the incomplete survey report from the company on 17th of the June according to our architect who verified the report. Trying to chase the surveyors now...
