I have a house in west Auckland and I am looking for a surveyor to put an application into council to get recourse consent approved for 350sqm sections. I think there will be enough land to apply for 3 sections, not including driveways etc. There is a flood plan risk at the back of the property which I'm told by council will only require engineers report and the land is sloping.
