topographical survey and subdivision consent?

I have a property at 1 Claude Brookes Drive, Hendrson, Auckland. I would like a topographical survey done and help me to apply for a subdivision consent. The property is 2909m2, with two owners on a cross lease. One, my neighbor with 1/6th of land with a house (address 1/1 Claude Brookes Dr) on it and the other is in two titles (2/1 & 3/1 Claude brookes Dr). 2/1 has a house on it with a land portion of 1/6 of total land and 3/1 is of 4/6 share of land only.
