Mark came and surveyed our boundary out the front of our property for the purpose of erecting a fence for our fencing contractor. When we got home, he had left a dirty great big wooden pole in the middle of our garden without any explanation or contact. It was an ugly site. When I phoned and asked to speak to him about it, I got a woman with a very thick accent who was less than helpful. The fencing contractor wanted to know what to do but she never gave my message to Mark to call me.

"We complete the job on time, correct, clean, and clear and put some stakes for her to find the pegs, I responded her email after fieldwork but apparently she hasn't seen my email (which is not my fault). she called us but in some reason her phone call didn't delivered to me, I apologized for this miscommunication. She didn't pay her invoice for a long time, her review is completely unfair, and my complain to builderscrack wasn't successful, I don't recommend to deal with her to any tradesman. "
