My mother is selling our./family home --- place Henderson should we the children decided to buy house from her looking at the option to subdivide, and hence the best option of size of 2nd house within the confines of the Council. Have as of today the following options based on section available, council have indicated the following possibities; excuse my terminology if I get it wrong ; the current section is --- Sq m (0.1075h) permitted area would be 450 Sqm and permissible dwelling @ 35% being 157. 5 sqm. other option limited 350 Sqm, permissible dwelling 122.5sqm. There is also a ROW that currently services 4 homes with the new addition 5 homes places this as a category 3 site the ROW IS 8m wide minimum reqd 5m. How much will this cost to survey for suitable potential house and section size?
