Mark out exact location relocated home needs to go

I need to engage a surveyor to check the position of the building is correct, mark out the correct location & provide a copy of the survey certificate. I also need to accurately mark out the drain beside the building & need proof accordingly.

Watercare canopy construction monitoring & PS4

Carry out construction staged inspections for a medium sized canopy that is being built at a Watercare facility in Mangere, Auckland. The design for the canopy has been completed by an Australian firm, so they don't have a person in NZ to do the site visits and checks that it is being built as per the plans. I could see that you are a sole trader and hence may be more affordable than some of the large engineering firms.

Pathway and retaining wall

Hi, we are wanting to redo our concrete pathway. We would consider new concrete but are more interested in pavers being done. We also want the retaining wall at front of property and side of steps of the driveway replaced with a style similar to as shown in photos. The steps off the driveway could potentially be removed and replaced with a brick or stone used also.
