Need a quotation For attached items Epa already approved and current ,need a company to take it from , RESUMING the work address of site 17 kinmont rise I need a quotation for the following items : Civil Construction Monitoring CM2 - V01 Construction monitoring as required by Auckland Council for the works covered under the engineering approvals for the subdivision, assumed to be two new public drainage connections and shared driveway only. Our fee is based on the following assumptions: • One pre-construction meeting with Council Development Engineer and Watercare Inspector; • 2 engineering inspections (one for connections, and one for driveway pre-pour) • One final inspection meeting with Council Development Engineer and Watercare Inspector. Exclusions: • The number of inspections required may change due to factors outside of our control, such as contractor competency, contractor methodology and availability of authorities to attend inspections concurrently. • Additional inspections will be charged at $500 per inspection. C701 Completion Certification - V01 General allowance for office management for works associated with the job in obtaining final sign off from Auckland Council and Watercare for works under the Engineering Approvals, including liaising with contractors, Council, Watercare, meetings, emails, phone calls etc. Estimate based on 3 hours. Actual charges will be based on time and expense at the rates as per the attached Schedule. The estimate is based on the assumption that construction will be as per the approved plans. For additional time associated with deviations to the approved plans, or errors/omissions by third parties, additional charges may apply. S206 As-Built Survey - Services - V01 Undertake an as-built survey of the; constructed wastewater and stormwater public drainage, installed telecom, electricity and water services completed under Council Engineering Approval. Liaise with client and contractor. Prepare as-built plans in accordance with the Auckland Council D.E.A.R. and Watercare Services C.O.P. Provide PDF and DWG copies of the as-built plan for submission to Council for final sign-off. Inclusion Survey disbursement costs are included in the proposed fee e.g. mileage, LINZ survey data, etc. We have allowed Exclusions - Fee excludes setting out new building, retaining walls and infrastructure. - Surveyors certificates in terms of; building setout, finished floor levels and extent of planning infringements. Generally, a condition of the Resource Consent (Land Use) for the new building. S204 Land Transfer Survey - V01 For preparation and submission of a 2 lot freehold title plan (Subdivision) to Council for s.223 approval. Includes pegging new lot boundaries, locating position of driveway and services as required for any easements. Prepare land transfer survey plans and reports for lodgement with LINZ Landonline. Liaise with client’s solicitor for issue of the new titles. Inclusion - LT Survey disbursement costs e.g. mileage, boundary pegs, LINZ survey data. Exclusions - The above fees are Chester Consultants only and do not include Council application fees, LINZ survey plan lodgement fees or other costs. - No construction set out or as-built surveying is included in this fee proposal. - Any additional services outside of this scope of work undertaken on your instruction will be charged for on a time cost basis at our standard hourly rate or as per subsequent agreed fee. S205 Survey – s.224c Application - V01 Liaise with the developer, contractor, consultants and Council Inspectors to obtain and collate the required consent condition completion documents and certificates. Prepare a s.224(c) application and lodge with Council. Note: - Indicative cost at an hourly rate. Any additional services outside of this scope of work will be charged for on a time cost basis at our standard hourly rates. - Task will be monitored as project progresses, cost updates will be provided to client should the provisional estimate be exceeded.
