Survey boundaries of property

We are wanting to re-fence a couple of fences on our property, to improve and keep the dog in- however the previous owner was a bit casual with boundaries between neighbours- and we loose the corner of our property! (I've tried to photograph, but hard to capture without an arial shot- see red line on site plan) We would like a simple survey so we know where to build the new fence. Thanks
