We have had a Building Report done on a property that has identified the levels are just outside the MBIE recomemndations. The report recomends we consult and engineers to see if 1 There are stuctural issues ..and if so the cost of remediation 2. The likely cause of the problem. Was it earthquake related..should the a claim? Or was it historic...ie the concrete pad wasn't level to start with as it was put down in the days before laser levelling 3. If its Ok ...prepare a report so we can get insured. We have know idea how much work is involved in this or like charges I
