Ring foundation crack assessment

We’ve got a couple of old quake-era cracks in one corner of a concrete ring foundation. We’re after a practical assessment and advice on whether they need repair/documentation for future insurance purposes. They’ve been there since the quakes, but look a bit more pronounced now — not sure if that’s movement or just weathering/spalling. We originally took a payout but never repaired them.

Small job, residential boundry with council

Hi there Our property at Halswell Junction Road has a treed area on the north side of the property which borders with council land. We are after a quote to survey this north border to determine our boundry so we can build a fence. I asked the council about the border and they referred me to LINZ, who then said we would need a cadastral survey carried out. We can see a survey marker on our berm. We haven't been able to locate any white pegs on this side of the land. Cheers
