EQC work - we need new drawings for subfloor

We took a settlement from EQC, have waited for months for a builder - contacted EQC to get the engineer who did the drawings to sign off his work - and now have been told that EQC should never have given us us those drawings! So now we urgently need an engineer to create the drawings. I can supply you with what we have from EQC - essentially it's the subfloor work - replacing section of foundation and some cracks. We're desperate! We have a builder on site, an open house and a baby on the way.
