Geotech RFI Response for Building Consent Application

In 2016 the subject property was subdivided and a Geotech report was completed for the subdivision. We have now lodged a building consent application for a small dwelling with an engineered timber pile foundation to be built on Lot 2. Auckland Council has issued the attached RFI query with respect to the 2016 Geotech report recommendations. Looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to do a quick review of the proposed engineered pile foundation design to verify that it complies with the recommendations in the Geotech Report and also provide a brief comment about the risk of soil liquefaction in an earthquake so the RFI response can be sent to Council urgently. The full 2016 Geotechnical Report and foundation plans & calculations will be provided.
