Plans vs actual structure

I've got some concerns about the structural integrity of my house which i bought new (actually bought while it was under construction) in late 2017. I need an expert to inspect whether symptoms i'm seeing are normal as the developer says or a more serious problem. Also want to know if they put piles where they should under waffle slab. I am on a slope. Bwcause the land has settled on one of the corners , i can see under part of the corner of the waffle slab. The plan says tbere should be a pile there , but i see nothing.
