Bungalow renovation cost estimate

We have received our detailed drawings and submitted our consent applications to council, and are now in a position to crunch the numbers to hopefully lock in the tradies! We have a 100 year-old bungalow and are moving the kitchen, reconfiguring the master bedroom, ensuite and main bathroom with some walls being removed as well. We are wanting to start the renovation work by Christmas so ideally looking for a QS who can get the balling rolling sooner rather than later. At this stage would only be looking to engage to cost our project.
